So I know you're just waiting for me to use something like "There's more than one super game tomorrow" or "Super sunday is super for more than just one reason" well sorry, but I've already made that joke, and have no intention of watching a certain one of those games. Texas is just not my style, now London? That's were it's at. Chelsea prepares for Liverpool at the Bridge, kickoff tomorrow at 11:00 ET. This one has all the makings for a great match, and that doesn't have to include the situation surrounding Torres who just transfered from Liverpool to Chelsea, sending the Anfield faithful into a uproar resulting in public shirt burnings and such. (See below: Fernando Transfer, January Torres!) The match is between two of the largest clubs in England and Europe, and features some of the best players. One point of popular conversation is who wins the battle between the midfields, or more specifically Frank Lampard, and Steven Gerrard? Both proven scorers, and England Internationals. A wins for either club could mean the difference of direction for the rest of the season. If Chelsea takes all three points, with United losing, it could bring them closer to retaining their title which is all but a dead possibility. For Liverpool in could lead to the return of Champions League football closing the gap between them and fourth place to only six points. Yet overshadowing all this is Fernando Torres. He's come out with comments placing him in a "common sense" kind of light, but I have a feeling the Liverpool fans are dead set on the Anti-Torres agenda for tomorrow's game. It will be interesting to see the battle between the fans. If the Liverpool faithful start at Torres, will the Blues's faithful try to drown them out with singing/cheers of their own? The atmosphere will be electric. Though this is all assuming that Torres starts, or even plays. He may not, as Ancelotti hasn't said either way. In my opinion I think he should start Torres, and upfront too. If that's with Drogba or without, Torres needs to be upfront.
This leads to another question. What formation will Chelsea play? The most common idea floating around is the Diamond with both Drogba, and Torres upfront working together. Anelka could be the playmaker behind them, among any number of options. If its a 4-3-3 then again Torres needs to be in the center upfront. Drogba hasn't been the same lately, and could do well in more of a wing type position. Although expect Drogba, and Torres up front together. As Ancelotti has said he "I've never had a problem to put together players with quality."

Still the focus should be on the result. These three points could be massive for either of the clubs. The last time these two clubs met Liverpool came out on top. Yet something has changed. The person who scored both goals for Liverpool in that win is now on the opposite side, Fernando Torres. He scored a brace, both fantastic goals to beat the Blues, and has enjoyed an amazing record against Chelsea. It all seems to fit into what Torres himself called "Destiny."
